ONLINE TRAINING SESSIONS
This new program is designed to meet athletes where they’re at; literally and figuratively. Work with a PRS Clinical Coach anywhere, any time. Whether it’s the comfort of your living room, garage gym, box gym, or commercial fitness center, if you have wireless headphones and a smartphone you will be able to maximize your strength and muscular development, reduce your injury risk, optimize your training outcomes and improve your longevity in fitness and life.
Whether you do one session a month or meet with your PRS Clinical Coach 4 times per week for all your training sessions, these sessions are right for you if you:
Struggle with training confidence
Need accountability
Enjoy the social component of training
Want to learn while you lift
Value real-time assessment and modification of you lifts AND program

1-to-1 Coaching:
For the new trainee who has never touched a barbell OR the seasoned lifter who wants to master their performance.
60 minute individualized training sessions based on your initial assessment (included with first package purchase)
Free training program included with packages of 10 or more*
Barbell Training Intensive:
A two-hour one-on-one session.
If you’re new to barbell training, you’ll learn the four fundamental lifts for effective strength training
For athletes with physical limitations, your coach will tailor your intensive to ensure you leave with an understanding of how to train effectively for your unique situation
If you haven’t lifted weights in a while, you can get technique feedback on your lifts from one of the most reputable coaches in the industry
Group Training:
For the barbell trainee who has been lifting for 6 or more months and is following a program written by themselves, a coach, or a PRS Clinical Coach.
120 minute group session
Limited to 3 per session, minimum of 2 lifters to run the group
Have the watchful eye and real-time coaching of a PRSCC monitoring you from warm-up to work sets in your training session
Learn from assessment and coaching of other lifters within the session

Weekly or monthly barbell coaching:
For athletes looking for a comprehensive, unique, and dynamic approach to strength training.
Development of customized training
Regular check-in correspondence and video analysis by your coach
Program personalization and modification
Unlimited email support with you coach for questions / concerns (Weekly Coaching only)
Also encompasses pre/postnatal programming: Analysis of your goals, pregnancy history, objectives while pregnant and program modification throughout your pregnancy.
Monthly coaching is not available while pregnant, for the first 12 weeks postpartum, if you are a new client joining us for the first time, or if you are a new client joining us within the first year postpartum.

A customized plan adjusted every week
