Routine of the Week #11

This routine comes from Coach alyssa, and it’s geared toward taking some steps to reduce stiffness/tightness throughout the day. Many of us have been sitting more than ever this past year with the switch to working/schooling from home and if you’ve been feeling tighter as a result, you’re not alone! You only need a few minutes to get up and stretch periodically and it can be quick and easy. Try out these 3 stretches to stay moving and take a break from sitting throughout the day.
