Want to hire a coach?

We’ve designed the PRS Blackboard Technical Models course to help you learn the biomechanics behind barbell training and how to effectively learn, assess, and correct movement so you have all the tools and support you need to quickly and successfully become the best and healthiest lifter you possibly can be without breaking the bank and in the comfort of your own home.

YOU NO LONGER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT FINDING ALL THE PIECES OF THE PUZZLE.

Why is this course so different?

The Technical Models course pulls in different theories of barbell training combined with biomechanics and ties it all together. We not only learn about the Low Bar Back Squat, Bench Press, Conventional Deadlift, and Overhead Press, but we ALSO dive deeply into other techniques and movement models including the sumo deadlift and MANY variations, unlike all the other weekend seminars out there.

This course is limited to a small group of highly motivated barbell trainees so you can work one-on-one with PRS Clinical Coach Rori and the other members.

Here’s what people are saying!

“I have never had any formal education in the sport of powerlifting outside of YouTube videos, podcasts, and ebooks. Rori’s course was my first exposure to high level education regarding the sport. I took her course covering Barbell Technique and the course was like taking a human anatomy, biomechanics, and sports psychology class rolled into one...Her courses are worth every penny and you will not find anything like it! I highly recommend the PRS Blackboard to not only lifters but also coaches who want to better their craft.”

- Samantha Calhoun, USAPL 63kg National Champion

“Rori’s courses are well organized, easy to follow, dense with information, and useful to me as a lifter and coach.  Her course presentation is clear and understandable, starting with the basics of terminology (more important than you might think!) and progressing all the way to advanced application. This could be very dry stuff, but Rori makes it interesting and immediately accessible.  The knowledge I learned in her course has definitely helped me in my own lifting and coaching. Having Rori available to ask questions and being able to interact with other students in online discussion will add significant value.”

-Janet Loelsel Sitar, CPU lifter, PRS online coaching client

“Her online course is the embodiment of all her years of learning wrapped into a pretty package with a bow on it. The best part is you will get to learn and work directly with her as you go through the course, which most other courses do not provide. If you want to learn from the best, then this is the place for you and it is worth every penny. I am lucky to call her a friend, mentor, and coach.”

-Weston Hirschauer, BS Kinesiology & Exercise Science, CSCS, USAPL lifter, PRS online coaching client

“Taking her course not only helped me clarify the mechanics in my own body, but also helped me expand my vocabulary to support and coach novice lifters in understanding the physics of the barbell movements from the beginning of their journey. I find Rori’s framework for explaining mechanics to be a very valuable reference point as a coach and an athlete.”

-Davi Cohen, USAPL Bench Press National Team, QueerTransStrengthNYC Coach, PRS in-person and online coaching and rehab client

“While seeking higher learning, I enrolled in one of Rori’s online courses. This classroom consisted of 10 weekly lectures that were very informative yet easy to digest. We covered everything from anatomy and physiology, to the breakdown of the big three; squat, bench, and deadlift. I was able to take this experience and apply it to my coaching clients. As soon as Rori announced another classroom type setting I immediately dropped her an email to sign me up. You don’t want to miss out on learning from one of the best in the game!”

-Joseph James, AS, USPA Coach, Competitive Powerlifter, Owner/Coach at Counteract Training, PT Assistant Student

Crossfit enthusiast, powerlifting competitor and mother of 3 heals a shoulder problem, reduces frustration, and hits PRs…
“PRS helped me achieve my goals by improving my form, but the most profound change that has happened since joining PRS is my increase in CONFIDENCE...Not only did my squat get much stronger, my squat confidence went through the roof, and that is everything when it comes to being competitive and pushing yourself. Even though I was fairly strong when I started working with PRS, my mental game was not...Adding 20 pounds over exactly one year at my age (40) and experience level...feels profound and certainly exceeded my expectations…. It's also worth noting that I somewhat unexpectedly qualified for USA Powerlifting Raw Nationals as a M1 athlete. All I have learned with PRS will undoubtedly help me continue reaching towards my lifetime goal of squatting 2x my bodyweight when the time comes.

-Bethany Erskine, In-Person PT, Remote Barbell Coaching (New York, USA)

Years of SI joint pain unresolved by 2 prior physical therapists…
“Since 2014, I have been dealing with SI joint pain.  I had seen two separate physical therapists over the span of two years with no real relief.   After working with Rori and Progressive Rehab & Strength, I finally achieved two major goals: consistently lifting pain free and breaking 300 pounds in the deadlift.  At a meet this past November, I successfully deadlifted 137.5kg (303.1 lb) for a personal record and it has all been pain free!”

-Stephanie Tracy, In-person physical therapy  & remote coaching client (New York, USA)
