At Progressive Rehab & Strength we know that you want to be a healthy athlete who reaches your strength goals. The problem is you have an injury that interferes with your lifting, making you feel distressed. We believe you shouldn’t stop lifting just because you’ve gotten hurt. We understand the stress of an injury and the obstacles it puts in your path; it can feel like you’ll have to deal with it for the rest of your life! At PRS, we've been in your shoes, and have helped hundreds of athletes understand and overcome their injuries so they get back to the things they love!
Online Rehab Coaching:
Initial 60-minute video coaching call at the start of your program
Follow-up videos calls (on an as-needed basis determined by your coach)
Analysis of your personal goals, timeline and needs
Development of customized programming updated as needed in real time
Session-to-session check-in correspondence, video analysis, programming modification and delivery by your coach
Unlimited email and text support with your coach for questions / concerns
Access to our private team facebook group for social support and video feedback from all the PRS coaches
Collaboration with your medical and personal coaching team as necessary
Already working with a coach? No problem! Online Rehab Coaching is tailored to the individual. We’ll work with you and your coach to get you up and running and back to full-play as soon as possible.
initial rehab coaching month: $599
Most remote PRS clients take 8-16 weeks for complete rehab. Our goal is to get you back to training and competition pain-free and stronger than before.
Pelvic Floor/Incontinence coaching:
Pelvic floor dysfunction and urinary incontinence is common among females in general and even more common in female powerlifters than one would expect. Women who experience signs and symptoms of urinary incontinence often feel embarrassed, ashamed, alone, that something is wrong with them and don’t know where to go for help. This often leads to low motivation and never reaching their goals. The PRS physical therapists and coaches are uniquely equipped to help you understand how barbell training and incontinence go hand in hand and will help you overcome this large obstacle so you can overcome the embarrassment and fear associated with incontinence and surpass your strength goals that you thought were impossible because of this issue.
Initial consultation video call (45-60 min)
Analysis of your personal situation, program, lifting technique, and contributing factors to the incontinence you are experiencing
Depending on the outcome of the initial call, your PRS coach will:
Recommend some simple things that could make all the difference based on the initial call
Guide and direct you to the appropriate medical professional if the symptoms you are experiencing are beyond the scope of powerlifting
Set you up with Online Barbell Coaching if they feel a that amelioration of the issue is more complicated than a one-time consult Pelvic floor dysfunction and urinary incontinence is common among females in general and even more common in female powerlifters than one would expect.
