About Progressive Rehab & Strength:
With over 38 years of combined experience, PRS has been providing barbell training, coaching, and programs to clients locally in NYC, Long Island, and Philadelphia, but also virtually through our online training programs.
Using a combination of expertise in physical therapy and strength training, Progressive Rehab & Strength coaches take an individualized approach for each client to help them train optimally, remain injury-free, and surpass every goal.
Coaches adjust programming to meet every athlete’s unique needs, recognize potential movement and programming issues, and make adjustments before those issues lead to injury.
